The Memorial for Communist Victims Museum

After we went to the wooden church we went and saw the Memorial for Communist Victims Museum. It was really neat. But also quite sad. It was awesome that the people of Romania were willing to share a part of their past that they are not very proud of. It was an actual prison that was used during the communist rule in Romania. There were three floors with a bunch of little rooms, each room had a different story about someone's life in that room, or about the country at that time. I could have spent hours in there reading everything and looking at all of the pictures but some of the girls in my group were getting really hungry and cold. :) (The museum was inside, but it was just like it was back in the day, no heater, just cold stone...so it was quite cold even though we were inside. It must have been freezing for those who were prisoners inside.)
The walls were lined with pictures of people who were prisoners there.
